Kaphle Advisory was founded with the goal of providing senior leaders with thoughtful guidance across strategic initiatives that impact global organizations. Our work centers on helping Executives gain clarity, strengthen decision-making, and navigate periods of complexity with confidence.
Mitesh brings a grounded, analytical and quantitative perspective to every engagement, acting as a trusted partner to leaders who value candor, rigor, and long-term thinking.
Prior to launching Kaphle Advisory, Mitesh gained experience by working for 20+ years for companies such as Citigroup, Microsoft, Jefferies, Consello (founding team member) and CastleOak Securities, where his global work centered on M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate Partnerships and GP / LP Coverage. His transactional experience is cross border, across multiple industries with deep expertise in sectors such as Software, Healthcare, Business Services, FinTech, Infrastructure and Consumer.
Mitesh received his Bachelors of Arts and Sciences from Cornell University in 2005.
